about Stitchy!

Once upon a time a group of stitchy friends saw a need for an inclusive spam-free place for knitters, hookers (also know as crocheters), and other fiber fiends to gather and feed our addictions.

Enter get stitchy!

get stitchy! is our brainchild come to life. Our intention was to create a community for everyone who is interested in fiber arts, regardless of their age, gender, skill level, or fiber art of choice and we truly hope that this is what people find when they visit our site.

We’re constantly working to make get stitchy! a place where all fiber arts enthusiasts can benefit by hosting monthly –alongs, scheduling chats in our chat room, building a comprehensive fiber arts blog roll, and putting together a directory of local groups and guilds.
